How it works

Download the remote support program (TeamViewer QuickSupport) from our server and run it – no installation needed.

Call us and say that you would like remote support.

Give our employee the ID number and password shown in the program window.

Accept the connection – from then on we help as if we were sitting next to you.

The connection is encrypted. You see what our employee is doing the whole time and can end the session at any moment.
