Company and system
- Who runs Monitoring-GPS.net?
- The company “PetSoft” Krzysztof Petruczynik from Gdańsk, Poland (ul. Księdza Robaka 41, 80-119 Gdańsk, tax ID NIP 584-005-39-00).
- Since when has the system been running?
- We have developed the system without a break since 2007. Tracking vehicles and machinery is our only business.
- Who manufactures the trackers?
- We design and manufacture our own trackers in Poland. We select and modify devices from other manufacturers for customers’ special needs. We provide warranty and post-warranty service.
- Who writes the software and where is the data?
- The application, the mobile apps and the AI functions are created by our own team of developers. The data is on our servers in a professional data centre.

- Where your vehicles are, which way they went and how long they stood – on the map and in reports.
- Fuel control
- Tank level, refuelling, sudden drops and the average consumption of every vehicle.
- Tachograph and drivers
- DDD files from the tachograph and driver cards downloaded remotely, working time online.

- Recordings of the road and the cargo space, linked to the route on the map.
- AI assistant
- You ask in your own words – the assistant leads you step by step. Custom reports coming soon.
- Mobile apps
- Your fleet on your phone (pTrax) and a free app for the driver (pKier).
Prices and contract
- Line Start – kits from PLN 49 to 399 net
- Location, routes, reports and alerts. For cars, vans, machinery and trailers.
- Line Fuel – kits from PLN 299 to 599 net
- Everything in the Start line plus readings from the vehicle computer: fuel level, refuelling, drops and eco-driving.
- Line Tacho – kits from PLN 359 to 799 net
- Everything in the Fuel line plus remote download of the tachograph and driver cards (DDD files).
- Line Video – kit PLN 849 net
- Full CAN readout and recordings from 2 cameras – the road and the cargo space.
- Do I sign a contract?
- With monthly payment we sign a contract for 12, 24 or 36 months. If you pay for a year in advance, no contract is needed.
- What is included in the kit price?
- A tracker matched to the package. The device becomes your property. The subscription is charged separately.
- How much is the subscription?
- We set the subscription individually – it depends mainly on the number of vehicles. The quickest way to find out is to fill in the quote builder.
- What does the subscription cover?
- Access to all system functions, data transmission, unlimited SMS, routes from 90 days and other data from 36 months, and technical support.
- Are the prices net?
- Yes, all prices are net (excluding VAT).
Data and how the system works
- How often does the tracker record its position?
- The position is recorded every 30 seconds and sent to the server every 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the settings.
- How long do you keep the data?
- Routes are available in the system for 90 days, and older ones are restored on request. Other data, including summaries and reports, is available for 36 months while the service is active.
- Where does the tracking work?
- In Poland, in European Union countries and beyond. You state the area where your vehicles drive in the quote builder.
- Are the trackers compatible with SENT-GEO and eToll?
- With SENT-GEO – every one of our trackers. With eToll – the Standard E, Ez and Plus kits and the Fuel and Tacho lines. The video version does not support eToll. (SENT-GEO and eToll are Polish road transport and toll systems.)
- On which devices does the system run?
- In a browser on a computer, tablet and phone – without installing any software. In addition, on smartphones: the pTrax app (Android, iOS) and the free pKier app for drivers (Android).
Installation
- Does the tracker need to be installed?
- It depends on the kit. The OBD version and the cigarette-lighter plug version work with no installation. The simplest kits need two power wires connected. Kits that read CAN, the tachograph or fuel probes, or that have cameras, are fitted by a workshop.
- Who can install the tracker?
- A person who knows the vehicle’s electrical system can do it themselves, or any car electrician can. For the CAN connection we recommend a workshop that deals with diagnostics or car alarms. On request we will recommend a workshop that installs our devices.

- In the quote builder you answer a few questions about your vehicles and needs. You see the suggested kit straight away, and we prepare an offer with a subscription matched to the number of vehicles.

- What does customer support look like?
- Technical support is included in the subscription. We connect remotely to the customer’s computer free of charge and help with using the system. The website has an AI assistant and a help centre with guides and videos.
- Can I see the system before buying?
- Yes. There is a demo version and a free online presentation in which we show the functions that matter for your fleet.
- Are there free tools that work without logging in?
- Yes. The route calculator (distance, driving time, arrival time and estimated fuel) and route optimisation (arranging points into the shortest route) work without an account in the system.
