About us
We do it ourselves – from the tracker to the app
PetSoft is a company from Gdańsk, Poland. Since 2007 we have dealt exclusively with GPS tracking: we design and manufacture trackers, adapt devices from other manufacturers, write the software and maintain it ourselves.
Our story
We started in 2006 with IT services and automation. Out of that experience grew our first GPS tracker – and the system we have been developing without a break since 2007.
Today, tracking vehicles and machinery is our only business. That is why we know it inside out: from the printed circuit board in the tracker, through the servers, to the report that lands in your inbox.
Now we are bringing artificial intelligence into the system – where it really saves time: in help, search, reports and watching over the infrastructure.

We are not an intermediary. Every element of the service is ours – so we can help quickly and never pass the blame to a supplier.
Design workshop
We design our own trackers and modify devices from other manufacturers for customers’ special needs.

Our own production facilities, quality control and full warranty and post-warranty service.
Servers in a data centre
Our own server farm in a professional data centre – security and access around the clock.
Development team
We create and constantly develop the application, the mobile apps and the AI functions ourselves.
Supervision and support
